Omaha Suburban Legends are looking for 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U softball players!

Is your daughter ready for the next level of softball?  Does your daughter love the game of softball and want to play at a higher level?  Does she want to improve her softball skills?  Could your daughter improve her skills with more repetitions and more experienced coaching?  Is your daughter ready to make a bigger commitment to softball?

Does your daughter love softball and want to improve her skills but plays other sports or has other activities?  OSAA wants to offer a “semi-select’ opportunity for girls who would go through tryouts and be selected to an “All-Star” team for their respective OSAA league (Pinto, Mustang and Bronco).  This team will play in a 2015 fall league and start softball with indoor practices in February of 2016, but players will also play games and practice with their OSAA recreational teams and their friends. 

OSAA is holding an informational meeting for parents on Saturday, June 20th from 10:00a.m. – Noon at Lamp Park in the grass area next to Field #4.  Ask at the Snack Shack if you don’t know where that is.  Suburban Legends Select Coach Patty O’Bryan and Assistant Coach Rick Burton will be available to answer questions about what is involved in the commitment to play select softball.  Mustang and Pony League Softball Commissioner Philip Young will also be present to answer questions about the “limited” select league.
